Munchery has made its web site very very difficult to cancel subscriptions, but that is what I definitely  want to do. Do I to now have to contact my credit card company to prevent future payments? You are close to angering your unhappy subscribers

Thanks for reaching out Pearl. I see our Customer Care team member, Ben, was able to help you this morning when you reached out, sorry for the initial trouble! You should always receive an order confirmation email from us when an order is placed. If you don't get an order confirmation via email after you place your orders this would indicate your order did not go through. You can always reach out to our Customer Care team for more help if you need, https://munchery.com/support/. You should be all set but please let us know if we can help you with anything else.

We're sorry for the trouble Peter! We definitely want to make sure our website/app are easy to navigate so you can take care of any adjustments on your end. I see our team was able to help you cancel your membership in early June when you requested so you should be all set. Our design and user experience teams are working to make the customer experience even better so do stay tuned!

    Hello there,

I originally got a deal through GROUPON. I ordered some meals and did not realize that I was being charged for recurring orders. I was charged $40 to my account with no email saying that I would be charged. There is also no place to find my transaction payments to GROUPON.
